In my recent deep dive into marine biology, I've taken a closer look at abiotic factors in the ocean. These non-living components greatly influence sea life and include things like temperature, salinity, and light penetration. Additionally, the level of dissolved oxygen and nutrients in the water, alongside the ocean's pH levels, play crucial roles too. It's astounding to realize how these factors, despite being non-living, can significantly shape the life and ecosystems beneath the waves. It's a reminder of the intricate balance that exists in nature.
